As a Junior Analyst in Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP), you will join a dynamic team at the heart of Group Treasury, helping strengthen the Group’s financial resilience and regulatory readiness. You will work with experts across Treasury, Risk, Finance, Legal, Operations, and more, enabling you to gain broad exposure while contributing to critical, high visibility deliverables.
YOUR CHALLENGE
In the RRP team, you will play an active role in preparing core regulatory materials and coordinating cross‑functional workstreams. Your responsibilities include:

Assisting in drafting and updating key sections of the Group Recovery Plan, including governance, recovery options, and stress scenarios

Supporting Recovery Plan testing and management simulation exercises, contributing to scenario analysis and insights from post‑exercise reviews

Coordinating inputs across multiple teams, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and action items stay on track

Preparing clear, high-quality presentations and summaries for supervisory authorities, working groups, and senior stakeholders

Maintaining strong documentation and governance standards across all RRP materials

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support automation initiatives
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone proactive, analytical, and ready to learn:

University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field

Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in Microsoft Office, including building structured financial models in Excel and drafting high-quality presentations in PowerPoint

Clear and concise writing style with strong attention to detail

Comfortable coordinating with stakeholders across functions
-
Hands‑on, solution‑oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills

Ideally, some experience within Treasury, Treasury Risk and / or Project Management

Familiarity with RRP concepts and basic understanding of liquidity / capital topics is a plus

Ability to work with large datasets; Python or VBA skills for automation are advantageous

Independent, resilient, and team‑oriented personality, able to perform under pressure
