• Planning and management of renewal projects at existing thermal energy centers and networks (heat and cooling networks, contracting systems) from planning to commissioning (SIA phases 3–5)
• Development of preliminary and construction projects including approval procedures in cooperation with internal and/or external specialists
• Preparation of tenders, offer comparisons, and awarding of contracts
• Implementation as overall project manager, partly including the creation or extension of customer contracts, easements, etc.
• Preparation of profitability calculations and credit applications for renewal projects
• Close cooperation with internal teams to consider the requirements of project development, operations, and asset management
• Technical support of the heat operations team
• Maintenance, advice, and coordination of contacts with customers, suppliers, contractors, and authorities

• Successfully completed technical basic training in construction or energy, preferably in building services engineering
• Further training desired at TS, HF, FH, or ETH level in HVAC, building and energy technology, or similar
• Several years of professional experience in heat or energy technology, preferably with experience in the renewal of heat production plants
• Knowledge of EMSRL technology is an advantage
• Good business management knowledge and entrepreneurial qualities
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
