THIS IS WHAT YOU DO

You take over the installation, configuration, and commissioning of our Bison solutions at customers – both in on-premise environments and in cloud infrastructure
Together with your team, you ensure system operation and technical support for our on-premise installations and SaaS solutions
In ESL projects (Electronic Shelf Label), you are responsible for the installation and configuration of the required hardware and software components and support sales with technical questions
As an interface between departments and locations, you take on a central role in technical product support

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING

You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
You have solid know-how in operating systems (Windows & Linux), Windows networks, virtualization, container technologies (especially Docker & Kubernetes), as well as in cloud infrastructures.
Knowledge of databases and programming is desirable (preferably Java, Windows Powershell)
Your analytical and structured way of working as well as your high level of reliability and independence make you a valued team member
You have high self-motivation and interest in working on new topics and areas of responsibility
You convince with confident appearance and communication skills when dealing with internal and external customers
