Your Contribution
- Processing customer inquiries and supporting users
- Adhering to processes in the areas of service desk, asset management, and others
- Performance management in the area of IT services
- Analysis and documentation of tickets
- Analysis and diagnosis (error reports, protocols, logs, etc.)
- Creating knowledge articles as part of problem management
- Solving complex problems in the area of 1st level support; experience in 2nd level is an advantage
Your Skills and Talents
- Completed basic training in information technology, computer science, or similar
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience with an IT ticketing system
- Experience with Windows, MS 365, mobile devices, laptop staging
- Maintenance and management of IT inventory
- Basic understanding of network concepts
- Very good German and English skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude (e.g., hardware repairs)
- Independent team player with communication and interpersonal skills
