Head of Sales Travel

In this role, you lead a small team and take responsibility for smooth daily operations. You are strong in sales yourself and actively support your team in operational business. You ensure that customer consulting is always professional, efficient, and successful.

Another focus is on marketing our travel offers, where you contribute your own impulses and consider current trends. You are also responsible for controlling sales figures, analyzing key figures, and initiating appropriate measures if necessary. As the central contact person for management as well as for other internal and external stakeholders, you represent your team competently and solution-oriented.

• You have several years of sales experience in the travel industry and ideally bring leadership experience
• You convince with a strong customer understanding, respond to needs, and create sustainable customer experiences
• You bring negotiation skills, think entrepreneurially, and enjoy marketing innovative travel products
• You have a good understanding of business contexts and have a keen sense for market trends
• You communicate confidently in German and English
• You work structured, independently, and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in stressful situations
