What you can achieve
- Independent processing of all outstanding accounts receivable as well as invoicing for non-patient business
- Responsible handling of refunds to health insurance companies as well as to patients
- Daily posting of all incoming payments
- Processing of all manual and electronic accounts payable invoices in the workflow – with and without purchase order reference
- Competent and professional support of internal and external customers/suppliers
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial basic training
- Additional training as an accounting clerk or equivalent further training is an advantage or willingness to complete appropriate further training
- SAP knowledge and experience in the area of value-added tax are an advantage
- Team-oriented personality with a flair for numbers, good communication skills, and a conscientious and careful working style
