To ensure smooth application operation, receive, coordinate and resolve disruptions, optimize and automate existing processes, and advise traders, we are looking for reinforcement in the "DevOps Base Trading Services" team.

Your tasks

1st and 2nd level support for trading infrastructure and trading applications with direct relation to the trading floor
Operation and support of real-time financial market data feeds, market data and contributing platform including analysis, troubleshooting, and maintenance of configurations
Ensuring availability and data distribution of financial market data within the bank (monitoring, incident coordination, service stability)
Technical support of the underlying platforms (Red Hat Linux servers, configurations, interfaces, and mySQL databases)
Operational responsibility for external vendor trading applications
Operation and support of trading telephony (BT Trading) including incident reception, error analysis, and coordination with internal/external parties
On-call duty 24/7 according to deployment planning

Your profile

Technical training as an IT specialist or similar proof of experience
Good technical knowledge in Linux (Red Hat), networks, SQL databases, application operation, and VoIP systems
Experience in support and operation of business-critical applications (ideally in trading or financial market data environment)
Strong service and customer orientation as well as enjoyment in collaborating with users in a dynamic environment
Team player with an agile mindset and the ability to question, optimize, and automate existing processes
Flexible, resilient working style and the ability to prioritize and act in incidents in a structured manner
High independence, quick comprehension, and a high quality standard in documentation and handovers
Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
