Maintenance Specialist

To support our Maintenance and Logistics team, we are looking for you as

Maintenance Specialist EFZ 100%

from April 2026 or by arrangement.

• In this exciting and versatile role, you independently carry out maintenance and repair work and are responsible for coordination with externalcraftsmen
• Variety is offered by setting up rooms for various events including provision of audio technology.
• You are responsible for basic cleaning tasks, such as window and shutter cleaning as well as final cleaning of resident rooms and garden and outdoor work
• As part of our on-call team, you take on weekend and on-call duties
• You support us in training the apprentice maintenance specialists

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a maintenance specialist or in a craft profession and are looking for a meaningful task for the benefit of our residents.
• You are proficient in common Microsoft programs and are familiar with the industry program COR Management or are willing to deepen your knowledge of it.
• Service orientation, personal responsibility and good German language skills are required.
• You have a category B driving license and can drive a manual transmission.
