Bardusch AG is part of the international Bardusch Group and is one of the major players in the Swiss textile leasing business. At seven locations in the French- and German-speaking parts of Switzerland, our approximately 700 employees prepare around 100 tonnes of laundry daily, i.e. it is hygienically cleaned, professionally folded, sorted according to customer requirements and delivered. With the complete textile service, Bardusch provides its customers in healthcare, industry and hospitality with comprehensive services.

Key Account Manager 100%

Your Tasks

• Independent support, advice and strategic development of our key accounts
• Expansion of sustainable customer relationships as well as identification and realisation of cross- and upselling potentials
• Handling customer enquiries, projects and complaints
• Preparation of offers and conducting contract negotiations
• Market and competitor observation
• Participation in the optimisation of sales processes, the product range and new product launches
• Active networking and participation in relevant congresses and industry events

Your Profile

• Several years of experience and proven success in key account management and sales
• Professional experience in an industrial environment, the textile industry or a comparable B2B environment is an advantage
• Strong customer and solution orientation as well as enjoyment in building long-term relationships
• Confident and professional appearance as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in coordinating and leading complex projects
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Very good IT (MS Office) and ERP system knowledge are required
• Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
• Driving licence category B
