Designer - Structural Engineering (m/f/d | 100%)
These challenges await you:
- Designing precise 3D models of projects with prefabricated concrete elements
- Creating execution and production documents (formwork and reinforcement plans including reinforcement and insertion lists as well as assembly plans) according to specifications
- Responsible for the quality of models/plans and for implementing the templates of the engineer, project manager, and architect
- Direct contact with external parties to discuss/resolve details, in coordination and with feedback to the project manager
- Active collaboration with project managers for the technical and financial optimization of projects
- Participation in the further development of the company’s internal BIM process; including building and managing databases, process optimizations, etc.
- If interested/qualified: After a training phase: Expansion of tasks towards creating quantity surveys and visualizations to support the sales department
You bring with you:
- Completed vocational training as a draftsman and/or degree in civil engineering - specializing in structural engineering
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the construction industry; a great advantage in precast concrete production
- At least 3 years of professional experience designing using appropriate 3D software; Tekla Structures is a great advantage
- Very good spatial imagination and technical understanding
- Interest and enjoyment in sometimes very complex and tricky technical details/challenges
- Good resilience and high independence, strong in setting priorities and communicative
- French or German native speaker with good (level B2) oral and written skills in the other language
- Enjoyment of new technologies; digital transformation, 3D, BIM, etc.
