In Zug, we will soon create the tallest timber high-rise in Switzerland (over 80 meters) – and in the Lokstadt Winterthur we are currently building the largest timber construction residential projects in the country.

The order volume in timber construction is increasing sharply, and we can offer you an attractive position with high future prospects. Do you enjoy working independently, goal-oriented, analytically, and on time? And is teamwork especially important to you? These tasks await you:

• Responsible preparation of calculations and supplementary offers
• Independent development of the tendering processes up to input including coordination of subcontractor inquiries
• Development of execution variants and profitability calculations
• Preparation and support of contract negotiations
• Independent acquisition of new orders for element production
• Preparation and maintenance of calculation key figures based on post-calculations

This education and experience we expect from you:

• Apprenticeship as a carpenter and foreman training or technician HF
• Solid knowledge in timber construction
• Professional experience in the execution of timber construction projects, ideally already as a calculator/site manager/project manager
• Confident handling of Word, Excel, and PowerPo
