Our team drives strategic cross-divisional initiatives, identifies and conceptualizes revenue optimization measures, and reports insights to the Group CFO and other members of the senior management team. We closely collaborate with our colleagues in the Front Office to support with pricing guidance and transparency on our own pricing platforms & tools.
You will drive projects and initiatives independently while working with driven and supportive colleagues. The team consists of young and energetic members with backgrounds in strategy consulting and banking. Your role will also provide exposure to key stakeholders across various bank divisions, which will be a great opportunity to build a network within Julius Baer.
YOUR CHALLENGE

Pricing & Revenue Management: take the lead in addressing current revenue challenges, potential improvement levers, and design new pricing strategies & models (e.g., digital assets/wealth)

Front Support & “Floor Running”: serve as the primary point of contact for Front office support, collaborating closely with Relationship Managers to develop client action plans and co-define concrete pricing measures

Pricing Analysis and Strategy: drive independently analyses of market trends, competitor pricing, and client behaviour (e.g., pricing situation, product & price model usage, price level enforcement) to shape recommendations for pricing strategies

Revenue Analysis: own the analysis of revenue opportunities and assess their business impact potential (i.e. business case calculation)

Market trends: analyse market trends and changes in regulations, competitor pricing, and client behaviour to inform pricing strategies and processes

Pricing Platform & Infrastructure: help maintain and improve our own discount management software, translating initiative related business requirements into process and tool specifications with product owners and developers

Governance Excellence: support the team in developing and maintaining pricing governance frameworks, conduct regular reviews on pricing strategies and processes and their adherence to global and local minimum standards

Communication and Stakeholder/Change management: prepare presentations and material for senior management and stakeholder soundings, also coordinate rollout and implementation of projects including planning/ tracking, budgeting, change management activities, impact monitoring etc.
YOUR PROFILE

Exceptional academic record: Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in banking & finance, business administration or law & economics

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Private Banking, strategy consulting or financial services

Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, passionate about data analytics

Outstanding project management and organization skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills (incl. command of Power Point)

Proactive mindset and willingness to take on responsibility

Reliable and precise in terms of quality and deadlines
