Your challenge

In this demanding role, you will take responsibility for the overall management of complex interior construction projects with a high level of manufacturing depth – from the first customer contact to handover.

You will move in a dynamic environment between planning, production, assembly, and customer consulting, applying your technical, organizational, and communication skills effectively. The smooth progress of the project, adherence to deadlines and budgets, as well as customer satisfaction are in your hands.

In addition to responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs, you will also bear operational responsibility for the functionality of the IT tools in the project environment, thereby actively contributing to the digital efficiency of the company.

Your main tasks

Below you will find the main activities of your future workplace:

• Independent management of interior construction projects for private and business clients
• Creation and management of project, time, and resource plans
• Coordination between planning, workshop, assembly, and external partners
• Technical clarifications with architects, construction management, and clients
• Monitoring of execution regarding quality, costs, and deadlines
• Responsibility for the maintenance and functionality of the IT tools in the project area
• Ongoing communication with all project participants
• Support for clients throughout all project phases
• Contribution to the optimization of internal processes and workflows

Our requirements

Our diverse projects and demanding clientele require a high degree of flexibility, innovation, and teamwork. To meet these requirements, we rely on continuous development and mutual support within the team. Ideally, you bring the following:

• Completed vocational training as a carpenter EFZ or equivalent training
• Preferably: Further training, e.g., as a project manager VSSM, technician HF wood technology
• Experience in managing interior construction projects
• Proficient use of planning and calculation software
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of customer contact
• Promotes and fosters team spirit
• Well-groomed appearance
• Good oral and written German skills
