What you bring:
Educational requirements:
- Completion of secondary level A or good performance in secondary level B
- Good performance in German, mathematics, and English (French is an advantage)
Personal skills:
- You are interested in computers and find it exciting how technology works.
- You enjoy helping others, explain patiently, listen attentively, and remain calm even in stressful moments.
- You are curious, enjoy learning new things, and are reliable.
- You enjoy teamwork but can also work well independently.
Your skills:
- First experiences with computers, internet, Word, and email.
- Desire to find out why something does not work and enjoy problem-solving.
- Openness to English (reading and speaking).
- No fear of new technology (on the contrary, you are eager to try it out).
