Construction Cost Planning / Project Evaluations (m/f/d) 50 – 80%
What to expect:
You will primarily evaluate settled projects and support the cost planners in their activities. Together with the cost planning department, you will work on calculations, tenders, and construction cost management, actively contributing your practical experience. In interdisciplinary project teams with flat hierarchies, you will work closely with architecture, construction management, and project development – with room for personal responsibility, professional exchange, and personal development.
What you bring:
- A completed technical education as a construction manager, construction planning technician, or architect. Preferably with a degree in construction economics.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in construction cost planning / calculation in building construction.
- Knowledge of Swiss standards, key figures, and cost structures (BKP; e-BKP-H).
- Experience in construction management, construction cost management, tendering, and calculation.
- Application of a cost planning tool / methodology.
- Good German and French language skills.
- Strong self-organization, personal responsibility, and a good sense of timing for coordination.
