Take your first steps with us in the social pedagogical environment in the beautiful Entlebuch. Look forward to a varied internship where you can gain initial practical experience and meaningfully guide our adult residents with impairments through their daily lives.
Your tasks
- You accompany and support our adult residents with increased assistance needs and gain insights into the structures and processes of the residential group at the curative education center.
- You actively shape life in the group and contribute to the planning and implementation of the daily routine as well as various events.
- Experience with us how we focus on self-determination, co-determination, and participation in our work.
Your profile
- You have a great interest in building and maintaining individual relationships with people requiring assistance.
- You are at least 19 years old, have completed initial training or a high school diploma, and are flexible regarding your working hours.
- You think and act independently and look forward to working in our harmonious team.
- Use your openness to get to know our diverse work and lay the foundation for your further development with us.
