Your role:
- You enjoy working at the customer front and advise our customers on standard solutions in the areas of account range, investments, and pension
- It is a central concern for you to make banking a positive customer experience
- You independently recognize and address customer needs and decide whether forwarding to our internal specialists is appropriate
- As a "digital ambassador," you support our customers with questions about online and mobile banking
- You mainly work in Rapperswil, partly in Lachen, and occasionally in our other branches
Your education and experience:
- A solid education in the banking or financial sector
- Professional experience in direct customer contact or telephone consulting
- Professional handling of demanding customer concerns
- Agility in using modern technology and tools of the new working world
- Experience dealing with volatile workloads
- Fluent in German (spoken and written), good spoken knowledge of English or Italian is an advantage
