- Professional and holistic care and support of our residents in complex acute and transitional situations
- Specialized accompaniment and support of people in palliative situations and support of relatives
- Active participation and further development of processes in everyday nursing care
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other teams, medical services, and doctors

- Further training (advantageous) and professional experience in palliative care
