We are looking for a Production Planner Special Products (m/f/d) to complement our team and efficiently design and further develop the complex and exciting manufacturing processes.

What is this role about?
Do you love keeping an overview? Do you feel comfortable at the interface between technology, production, and logistics? And can you keep a cool head even with individual customer requests? Then this role is made for you! As a Production Planner (m/f/d) for special products, you are right in the middle when unique customer requests become tailored solutions, working closely with various teams and departments.

What tasks will you take on?
You will:

• create production orders for individual technical special products as part of production planning.
• define, monitor delivery dates, and process offers considering lead times.
• check production documents and material availability in the order process.
• configure customer-specific parameters and support production in special orders.
• act as an important interface between production, procurement, and technology.
• actively participate in the continuous optimization of our processes.

What do we expect from you?
You:

• have completed a basic technical education – ideally supplemented by further training as a process specialist.
• bring several years of experience in a production environment.
• are familiar with SAP/R3 or are willing to quickly learn it.
• communicate confidently in German (at least C1 level).
• like to take responsibility and act independently and solution-oriented.
• think and act customer-oriented – with an eye for the big picture and attention to detail.
