Spitex Oberes Seetal provides public Spitex services in the areas of regular nursing, wound care, housekeeping, and support. Our Spitex, with around 30 employees, cares for the residents of our contract municipalities Fahrwangen, Meisterschwanden, Sarmenstorf, and Bettwil 365 days a year between 6:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

We are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a

Nursing Specialist HF 40 %

Your main tasks

• You independently carry out planned nursing and care tasks.
• You support and accompany relatives, thus contributing to holistic care.
• As the case-leading specialist, you ensure continuity of care and monitor the entire nursing process.
• You conduct needs assessments and document professionally and comprehensibly.
• You maintain constructive, interdisciplinary collaboration with employees, specialist offices, and doctors.
• On days when you are responsible for the day, you additionally take on the background on-call duty for the nursing assistants in the late shift.

You bring with you

• A completed education as a certified nursing specialist HF, DN II, or AKP
• Interest and joy in effective, purposeful, economical, and evidence-based nursing
• An independent, responsible way of working
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, as well as high social and self-competence
• Good user knowledge of Perigon, InterRAI HC, and MS Office is an advantage
• Driver's license category B and own vehicle
