As a sales engineer / business developer, you actively contribute to the growth of Auctae in Switzerland on various topics such as
- product process engineering from upstream to downstream,
- project management
- industry of the future
- augmented innovation.
You prospect new clients and develop your project portfolio and
- identify growth opportunities, manage your scope by developing relationships with clients and close sales of projects in technical assistance and fixed-price contracts;
- work with our partners under the aegis of Auctae Augmented Innovation© Auctae Augmented Engineering© and provide customized and high value-added solutions to your clients and prospects;
- participate in calls for tenders in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
- work on client satisfaction with a loyalty approach to create sustainable and profitable partnerships;
- constantly monitor the technologies present at your clients to anticipate needs;
- recruit, support and develop your team of consultants. As a true leader, you ensure the smooth running of projects, identify the potential of your teams and follow them throughout their journey (coaching, career management, training, ...);
- focus your actions on achieving results in terms of turnover and profitability objectives of your business unit, optimizing the margin of your scope;
- aim for excellence in relationships with your clients, your consultants, and project execution.
You will benefit from tailored training on tools, methodologies, and coaching.
You are Swiss nationality, holding a valid work permit (B, C or G) or a national of one of the European Union (EU) member states.
