- As Senior Product Owner SGPC, you develop a clear and motivating vision for your product together with your peers and derive strategic measures to achieve goals
- You are responsible for implementing the product strategy and roadmap of SGPC
- You actively manage stakeholders and make understandable and transparent decisions in alignment with product management and the specialist departments
- Based on data-driven decisions, you prioritize and manage the backlog, define the content of the items and their prioritization, thus continuously guiding the teams to work on the most important and valuable tasks considering release plans and the roadmap
- You are an essential part of the agile collaboration and contribute to the team working effectively to successfully deliver "on time"

- You have proven successful, several years of experience as a Product Owner and long-standing experience in/with agile working methods
- You can communicate technical matters appropriately for the audience, have persuasive skills, and bring a good sense for collaboration with various stakeholder groups – your arguments radiate calmness
- You are a solution-oriented, implementation-strong, highly communicative personality and prefer clarifying matters in personal conversations rather than in writing
- As a coordinator, you have a flair for interconnected thinking and the ability to advance various activities in parallel
- You have a very good overview of IT architectures and are familiar with the operation of applications and possibly IT platforms
