To strengthen our team in the Non Food sector, we are looking from 01/04/2026, for a permanent contract, at the Vésenaz site, for a *motivated* and *committed* person as Sector Manager, 90%.

Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the organization of the entire store, you set seasonal priorities and create versatile zones.
- You successfully implement the offers, promotions, and actions of the Manor Non Food concept.
- You are responsible for planning and implementing budget objectives.
- You create an attractive and innovative market atmosphere according to the concept and ensure that our product concepts are properly implemented.
- You are responsible for quality assurance and compliance with defined hygiene rules.
- You guarantee the quantitative and qualitative structures of the staff according to the strategic orientation.
- You identify, evaluate, and exploit the potential of the local offer.
- You analyze relevant key figures and successfully deduce improvement measures.
- You are present on the sales floor, lead and support employees in their daily work.
- You ensure active communication and collaboration with headquarters and suppliers.
- You independently conduct hiring, dismissal, and evaluation interviews.
- You identify and support young talents and ensure individual training and development of employees.

Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail.
- You have completed further training as a retail specialist.
- You have several years of management experience in an equivalent activity.
- You enjoy strategic tasks and evaluations (ad hoc analyses, KPIs, etc.).
- You are able to lead your team to achieve desired results, inspire them with your coaching qualities, and motivate them sustainably.
- You stand out with your strong entrepreneurial and synthesis spirit.
- You have a sense of improvisation and organization and are happy to lend a hand.
- You have a solution-, customer-, and service-oriented personality and put the customer first.
- You have an elegant and neat appearance.
- You speak fluent French and preferably know other national languages.
