Job Description
- Monitor the pool during opening hours for guests
- Welcome and assist guests at the pool when needed
- Control water quality and report measurements in the health logbook
- Clean and check the setup of the pool's material installations
- Maintain the workplace in perfect condition
- Inform guests for any questions and follow up on satisfaction as per service standards
- Know and apply safety and hygiene standards as required by service standards
- Report any malfunctions to supervisors
Qualifications
- Must hold the State Diploma of Sports Educator in Swimming Activities (BEESAN) of the first degree and be up to date with diploma revision
- Must hold the National Safety and Aquatic Rescue Certificate (BNSSA) and be up to date with diploma revision
- Previous experience in the required role
- Very good command of written and spoken French and English, additional language is an asset
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Micros)
- Availability and great adaptability
- Good team spirit
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
