For our major construction site in Aarau, where we are commissioned as the general contractor, we are looking for an experienced and strong leader as Interior Construction Manager (m/f/d). Become part of our project team and take on this exciting task. We look forward to your application!

What you will drive

Construction management AVOR / execution phase
Execution coordination in interior construction
Leadership of subcontractors including construction meetings
Quality assurance
Cost and schedule control
Implementation and/or support of the project team

Why you will succeed

Architecture degree ETH/HTL, civil engineer ETH/FH or certified construction manager
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Proven execution experience in the GU/TU sector; ideally in hospital construction but not a must
Dynamic and communicative personality
Quick comprehension as well as a proactive, result-oriented, and thorough working style
Fluent German
