Junior Project Manager: Transformation & Projects (a) 100%

• you support the Transformation Manager in managing the various transformation projects, especially by consolidating all reporting strands from projects, finance, and investments
• you work on company-wide development and implementation projects in the media sector
• you prepare information and decision documents for various committees (Board of Directors, Executive Management, Department Management, and Steering Committees)
• you take over the preparation and follow-up of meetings, workshops, and retreats and keep meeting minutes
• you conduct market and potential analyses of existing as well as new business activities

• you have already gained initial professional experience in consulting or project environments and have had first contact points with the media industry
• you have the ability to prepare analyses, reports, and concepts appropriately and understandably for different stakeholders
• you confidently use project management tools and create convincing presentations with PowerPoint
• you think in a networked way, have strong self-initiative, are communicative, and appear confident and professional in exchange with stakeholders
• you bring a higher business education (university of applied sciences or university) or an equivalent further education
