About the position

The Dispatching Specialist is responsible for the operational management of all finished product dispatches. He ensures drivers' access to the loading area, guaranteeing compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

In close collaboration with customs authorities, he ensures the rigorous justification of product movements using meter readings and the precise preparation of the necessary customs documents for export.

Supervise and coordinate the dispatch of finished products by road transport, ensuring a smooth and efficient logistics flow

Ensure customs compliance by justifying product dispatches via meters and preparing the necessary documents

Support and assist drivers in case of problems during product loading, thus facilitating their on-site operations

Manage driver presence on site and ensure precise monitoring

Enter and organize delivery notes in a database, ensuring reliable shipment traceability

Apply loading instructions and guidelines, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and best practices

You bring

A commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification and 2 years of experience in a similar role

Excellent knowledge of French and German, knowledge of English is an asset

Good command of common IT tools
