Golf Sempach is the largest golf resort in Switzerland with 2 x 18 hole championship courses as well as the country's largest indoor performance center, located in a spectacular scenic location, 3 km from the Sempach motorway exit. As part of the "Leading Golf Courses of Switzerland," the facilities meet the highest quality standards. Around 50 employees work for over 1,200 members and many guests. Our restaurant "Le Club" covers a wide range from à la carte cuisine to banquets for 350 people.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for you from the 2026 season (from March) as:
Team Leader Service / Deputy Head of Gastronomy
As a passionate service professional, do you feel ready for a new challenge at Golf Sempach? Are you enthusiastic about à la carte as well as sports events? Then you are exactly right with us.
Your Tasks
- Welcoming, attending to, and bidding farewell to our guests
- Supporting the management in daily operational business
- Performing closing duties including daily accounting
- Leading the service staff
- Operational assistance in service and sales, including managing your own station
- Organizing and coordinating seminars, banquets, weddings, and other events
- Various administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed training in gastronomy
- Professional and initial leadership experience in upscale gastronomy and banquet area
- Organizational talent, high sense of responsibility, good communication skills
- Young, dynamic, and flexible personality
- Host type with consulting and sales talent
- Flexible, resilient, reliable, highly committed
