About the job

You are responsible for correct invoicing (including service verification) according to legal, collective agreement, and operational regulations. You primarily prepare outpatient invoices and provide information in case of inquiries about issued invoices. Furthermore, you act as a contact person for questions from internal service providers and work closely with upstream and downstream departments. You coordinate clarifications between service providers, patients, clinics, and insurers. In addition, you participate in rejection management and handle invoice complaints from the outpatient service area, including canceling and creating new invoices. You gladly take responsibility for your area of tasks and enjoy continuously optimizing processes.

• EFZ as a commercial clerk and/or a basic or further medical education
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience in the health and/or health insurance sector and solid knowledge in the areas of Tarmed, KVG, and UVG is an advantage
• Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient
• Process- and customer-oriented working style
