We are an expanding, dynamic mechanical engineering company in the canton of Uri. The mobile crushing and screening plants of the GIPO brand, manufactured in Seedorf, are sold worldwide. Around 260 motivated and competent employees deliver top performance every day.
To strengthen our team, we are immediately looking for an upbeat, communicative, independent, and loyal professional for the position of:
Employee Front Office 80-100% (m/f/d)
In this versatile front office role, you will take on a central role in daily operations.
Your tasks
You actively support the team in administrative matters and ensure smooth office organization. You also manage the telephone switchboard, competently answer inquiries, and forward them appropriately. The management of office supplies is also in your hands – you coordinate orders and always keep an eye on the inventory.
With great commitment, you supervise interns and accompany them as well as the commercial apprentices during their time at reception. Planning and organizing various events – from internal meetings to events – are also part of your varied range of tasks. Furthermore, you are responsible for the entire shipping department and ensure efficient handling of letter and parcel shipments. Your area of responsibility is rounded off by organizing travel and hotel bookings for employees, ensuring a smooth process.
In addition, you take over the deputy role for the administrative clerk in customer service when needed, which ideally complements your varied task profile.
What you bring
We are looking for an extremely competent, communicative, and trustworthy organizational talent with a strong service orientation. You have completed commercial training and, ideally, also have the trainer qualification and bring solid professional experience in a comparable environment. You can express yourself fluently in both German and English, and you enjoy interacting with customers, employees, and trainees.
