Project Manager at 70% (Fixed-term contract until July 31, 2026)

- The SEEO implements public policy related to school IT. It ensures the development and management of information technologies on administrative and technical levels. It collaborates with the IT service of the Neuchâtel Entity (SIEN) for the maintenance and development of the Neuchâtel educational network and manages the school information system.
- As part of your role, you actively contribute to the evolution of digital tools serving school life. You write specifications and oversee projects related to the CLOEE school information system, as well as scheduling tools such as EDT / PRONOTE / SAP. You coordinate the different testing phases, involving users, analyze the results obtained, write documentation and practical guides, and ensure communication with development teams and IT service experts. Your mission also extends to supporting users by highlighting the functionalities of the tools and promoting best practices. You occasionally conduct training sessions to strengthen skills around the EDT and PRONOTE tools.
- You hold a diploma as a business IT specialist ES or an equivalent qualification. You have solid experience in managing IT projects with a technical component as well as good mastery of software quality processes, interface testing, and user support. Beyond your technical skills, it is your sense of service and solution orientation that make the difference. You enjoy working in a team, integrate easily into a collaborative environment, while demonstrating great autonomy. Rigor, attention to detail, and precision guide your way of working. Finally, you have an interest in issues related to training and education.
