To strengthen our unit Transport & Infrastructure Northeast, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer with Leadership Potential (80-100%) for the Bern office, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Electrical Engineer with Leadership Potential (80-100%)
In this role, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: collaboration, passion for complex projects, and innovative spirit.
Your tasks:
- You will work as a project engineer for infrastructure projects in power generation and distribution as well as for operational and safety systems in the rail and road sectors.
- You will participate in the preparation of offers, tender documents, and bid comparisons and be responsible for concept development as well as the planning and calculation of low-voltage switch cabinets and systems.
- You will conduct integration and acceptance tests as well as technical inspections and prepare corresponding reports.
- You will maintain regular contact with clients and subcontractors.
Your profile:
- You have a completed degree as an electrical engineer or electrical master (FH/ETH).
- You have initial professional experience in automation, electrical engineering, or switchgear construction.
- You are committed, practice-oriented, and communicative – and ready to take on a leadership role at a later stage.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as business fluent English skills; French skills are an advantage.
