Product Manager or Technical Sales Consultant (m/f/d)

Our company DRISAG Polytechnik AG develops and produces innovative organizational and presentation products. We specialize in processing cardboard, paper, fabric and plastic films.
 
Our Product Manager will retire in early summer 2026. For our future-oriented company, we are looking for a committed person starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

As a Product Manager or Technical Sales Consultant, you will work both internally and externally. You are responsible for acquisition, idea generation, technical consulting, and production processing in relation to customers. You will manage our existing customer base and also acquire new potential customers. Your demeanor is convincing and professionally competent. Additionally, you will take on part of the management in the technical area of our company. This also includes developing, planning, and implementing successful product presentations as well as preferably production and the machinery park.

Your qualifications:

• Technical training – ideally in mechanical, electrical, or electronic fields – with experience in technical consulting and sales
• Systematic thinking, reliable work style, and sense of responsibility
• Flair for technical products combined with a flair for appealing presentation forms
• Interest in new technologies, materials, and markets
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Economic thinking and acting with high self-motivation and closing strength
• Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland
• Very good knowledge of German; foreign languages (E/F/I) are an advantage
