Small daycare center is looking for a group leader with a big heart!
Do you enjoy working in the green, in a small daycare in a former, charming farmhouse yet close to the city?
The Joey Daycare Gockhausen is located above Dübendorf at the city border to Zurich and is a dynamic, bilingual (German/English) daycare offering parents and their little ones a modern childcare facility. Our goal is to meet the needs of modern parents and we value progressive educational methods, well-being, healthy nutrition, comprehensive services, and a family-like team. The Joey Daycare is very well connected by public transport.
For our motivated and family-like team, we are looking for a sociable, natural, and pedagogically skilled colleague with heart as:

Your varied range of tasks includes, among others:
▪ Building a personal relationship with each child
▪ Recording the developmental status of each child
▪ Targeted support in physical and psychological areas
▪ Creating a varied group life
▪ Warm contact with the parents
▪ Co-designing and shaping a modern and innovative daycare center
For this exciting position, you bring the following profile:
▪ Further training as a childcare specialist or in a similar field (KiTaS or ENIC recognized)
▪ Native German or English speaker, combined with German or English skills
▪ Reliability and loyalty
▪ Communication and organizational talent
▪ Team-oriented, flexible, and cheerful nature
▪ Good MS Office skills and initial experience in administration
