About the job

For the Tössfeld school building, we are looking to support the co-school management from August 1, 2026 with a school management assistant (35%) on an annual working time basis, ideally with 4 half-days on site. The Tössfeld school is located about 1.5 km southwest of Winterthur train station, nestled between Brühlberg, Breite, and the former Sulzer site, in a steadily growing and changing neighborhood. The Tössfeld school includes the Agnesstrasse and Vogelsang kindergartens, as well as the Lokstadt school with kindergarten and lower grades. At our school, about 500 students are taught in 7 kindergarten and 18 primary school classes by a dedicated and collegial team of teachers. The school is led by a supportive team of three co-school managers.

Your Tasks

Managing personnel, substitute, and student administration as well as supporting the school year change

Taking over invoice verification and account assignment

Handling correspondence and supporting internal as well as external communication

Participating in school events and taking minutes at meetings/conversations

Responsibility for document filing as well as general secretarial tasks

Collaboration with the co-school managers and the school administration

Your Profile

Completed commercial training, experience in a school or administrative environment is a plus

Confident use of MS Office and willingness to familiarize yourself with school-specific digital applications (including PUPIL, PUPILconnect)

Resilient and discreet personality who appreciates the lively everyday life of a school building

Precise working style, customer orientation, and confident German expression
