We’re hiring a CX & Digital Manager (m/f/d) to shape engagement and campaign excellence.
Position:
As a CX & Digital Manager (m/f/d) you will take on exciting and responsible tasks in the following areas:
Digital Ecosystem Leadership:
- Own and evolve a strategic pillar of our digital ecosystem
- Design best-in-class consumer engagement strategies using eCRM tools
- Lead digital product development and innovation
Campaign Excellence:
- Define and execute communication and activation strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution across all touchpoints
- Align online and offline experiences for consistent brand presence
- Manage campaign content creation, agency coordination, and internal communications
- Measure performance and deliver post-campaign insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing, with a strong digital focus
- Proven track record in project management
- Fluency in English; German and French are a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools
