Your future field of activity

Responsibility for maintenance, upkeep, and repair of all technical systems and facilities in the house
Monitoring and operation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems – always with a view to functionality and safety
Collaboration with external service providers and craftsmen to ensure smooth operations
Documentation of all performed work and regular reporting to the technical management

Your profile

Solid expertise in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary, and/or electrical engineering
Strong technical understanding and manual skills in daily work
Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to technical challenges
High teamwork skills combined with a service-oriented demeanor in guest contact
Good French language skills in spoken and written form for secure communication in everyday work
