Your Tasks
- Support with all administrative and organizational tasks
- Coordination and management of appointments as well as consultation hours for statutory and private patients
- Correspondence by email and telephone with patients
- Management of patient data and medical records
- Creation and processing of patient documents, such as letters and information folders
- Creation and processing of correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Cross-departmental work with various clinics of the hospital
- Representation of other secretariats in key areas
- Collaboration with other departments and external partners
Your Profile
- Completed nursing training, completed training as a medical assistant, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in secretarial work, ideally in a medical environment
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good understanding of hospital processes
- Friendly and professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Very good spoken German and good knowledge of English
- Resilience and flexibility
- Discretion and reliability in handling confidential information
