Your tasks:
- You handle telephone and written inquiries from our customers
- You ensure needs assessment and personally advise on our basic products in the areas of payments, savings, and retirement planning
- You comprehensively support our customers, recognize their potential, and internally refer them to other business areas
- You provide telephone support for technical issues related to our digital services

What you bring:
- Commercial basic training in the banking sector or as a lateral entry option with completed vocational training in the service sector
