- Responsibility and further development for the sustainability area for the entire SV Group
- Development of concrete measures to implement sustainability goals together with the business units and ensuring implementation
- Communication of the sustainability strategy to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaboration with strategic partners in the field of sustainability
- Responsibility for sustainability reporting and implementation of legal requirements
- Team leadership and development of two directly reporting employees
- Completed training in sustainability, environmental management, or comparable
- 5–10 years of experience in this field, preferably in gastronomy or the food industry
- Experience in a leadership position
- Analytical and strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and persuasiveness
- Very good German skills; French skills are an advantage
