The Fairmont Monte Carlo is a luxury hotel located in the heart of the Principality of Monaco. It features 596 rooms, suites, and residences as well as four restaurants, three bars, a Fitness Center, a Spa, two swimming pools, Room Service, and a Catering service.

Reporting to the Assistant Chief Concierge, the essential responsibilities and functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Drive the client to the requested location with one of the hotel’s courtesy vehicles, according to supervisors’ instructions
• Consistently offer a professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Comply with the LQA standards of the chain
• Regularly check the cleanliness and good condition of the equipment
• Respect current hygiene and safety standards
• Remain available for hotel errands upon the Head of Department’s request

• Good command of French and English, knowledge of Italian is an asset
• Additional language appreciated
• Holder of a valid category B driving license for more than 2 years
• Experienced in driving luxury vehicles
• Speed and efficiency
• Willing and proactive
• Ability to anticipate client needs
• Very good presentation

• Good rapport with clients

• Good knowledge of Monaco (streets, public places, shops)
