About the job

As an apprentice, you are at the center with us. We invest a lot in your training and accompany you intensively on your path:

📚 Fixed office days for your tasks, planning, and reflection

👩🏫 1:1 guidance by experienced trainers

🎯 Intensive preparation for the practical exam (VPA)

🚀 Opportunity to complete the BMS in parallel

💬 Regular conversations and clear structures

We are a modern, warm daycare center in Zurich with two groups and a strong team spirit. For us, children are just as much at the center as the staff.

We work professionally, structured, and with a lot of heart. You will be involved in everyday life from the start, take on responsibility, and may develop step by step.
