• Coordination and leadership of planners, specialists, and partners

• have solid knowledge in planning, implementing, and monitoring construction projects

• have completed vocational training in the main or secondary construction trade (e.g., draftsman EFZ, bricklayer EFZ, or carpenter EFZ)
