Strategic Assistant to the CEO
(80% - 100%)
As part of a fixed-term maternity cover from April to December 2026, we are looking for a committed deputy in the role of strategic assistant. In this role, you will support the CEO of Avesco Group operationally in projects. At the same time, the position offers the prospect of continuing to take on further responsibility in the same area or in an operational department after the deputy period.
Your tasks
- Supporting the CEO in implementing the corporate strategy
- Close and active support of the Group CEO in daily operational business
- Independent management of projects, structured monitoring of strategic initiatives, as well as taking on special and ad-hoc tasks
- Support in communication of internal and external corporate matters
- Maintaining contacts with important stakeholders and partners
- Collaboration with various departments to ensure strategic goals are achieved
- Deputy coordination and organization of meetings as well as planning business and customer trips
Your profile
- Completed technical or commercial basic training. A university degree in business administration, business/management, or a similar field is an advantage but not a must
- Good commercial understanding and a flair for engaging written communication
- Solution-oriented values and enthusiasm for construction machinery and energy systems
- Enjoyment of structured, precise work and the ability to document it
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented thinking, and teamwork ability
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- Independent working style and motivation to take on responsibility
- Good German and English skills, French or Italian is an advantage
