Job Description

As a plant operator, you will strengthen our production team. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production processes and contribute significantly to the quality of our products. With technical skill and a sense of responsibility, you make a central contribution to the daily success of our production.

Your Tasks

• Provision, operation and monitoring of production equipment for the manufacture of our diverse products
• Regularly carrying out format and equipment changeovers
• Conducting quality controls and ensuring compliance with our production standards
• Performing bookings and transfers in the ERP system
• Recording performance indicators
• Regularly performing cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Contributing to the optimisation of production processes

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a plant operator/food technologist or several years of experience as a plant operator
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Teamwork skills, flexibility and an independent working style
• Experience in food production is an advantage
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (early/late shift)
• Physically resilient, committed and reliable
• Enjoy taking responsibility and actively contributing to the success of the production process
