Our mission: We ensure your flight! As a Surface Treatment Specialist - Shot Peening / Shot Blasting (CNC) you:
Your Tasks
- Shot peening of engine parts according to manufacturer specifications
- Monitoring the blasting process (e.g., Almen test, machine monitoring)
- Quality control during and after the blasting process
- Participation in the development and improvement of shot peening processes on robotic systems
- Creating blasting parameters, saturation curves, and coverage values
- Programming and adjusting blasting programs
- Creating and maintaining work instructions (Word, Excel) as well as working in a 2-shift system
Your Profile
- Completed technical apprenticeship in a metalworking or mechanical profession
- Experience in shot peening is an advantage
- Knowledge of CNC and robot programming (e.g., ABB IRC5) is an advantage
- Independent and careful working style
- Responsibility for quality, safety, and costs
- Basic IT skills (MS Office, ideally SAP)
- Good German skills as well as English skills at least level A2 and willingness to continue education
