Your Tasks

Standardized management of decentralized OR storage including inventory control, shelf life, maintenance of item lists
Picking and provision of specialty carts, case carts, and sets according to the OR program
Control of consumables, loan instruments, and implants as well as their correct storage, supply, and return
If necessary, recording in KISIM and deregistration of consignment material
Central contact person in the OR area for questions about material availability
Participation in optimization projects (e.g., case carts, digitization projects) and test setups

Your Profile

Completed vocational training in healthcare (e.g., FaGe, OTA, basic medical or pharmaceutical training) or as a logistics specialist EFZ
Professional experience in a hospital environment or in OR logistics is an advantage
Efficient, precise, and reliable working style
Resilient, flexible, and team-oriented personality with a high service orientation
Enjoyment of interface work and willingness to work shifts (early/late shifts)
Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 are an advantage)
Very good German language skills
