About the job

Your Tasks

Strengthening the team due to the expansion of the acute geriatrics service (especially complex therapies)
Professional care of patients
Close collaboration in the interprofessional team (physicians, nursing staff, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, case management, and nutritional counseling staff)
Maintaining contact with surrounding nursing homes and willingness for liaison services
Integration into the internal medicine team and participation in the corresponding senior physician duties
Supervision and support in the training of assistant physicians in internal medicine as well as with a focus on geriatrics

Your Profile

Specialist title in General Internal Medicine
Focus on Geriatrics or near completion
Experience in the medical primary care of very elderly, multimorbid people
High service orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action
Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration and empathetic interaction with patients and staff
