Tasks

• Scheduling and coordinating employees, materials and vehicles for installations, service & maintenance
• Handling internal and external resource requests and customer concerns
• Strategic planning of technicians in coordination with line managers
• Preparing assignments and creating plans for special operations
• Planning required resources in consultation with the client

Requirements

• You have a technical or commercial basic education
• Contact with customers of all kinds is no problem for you
• Organisational talent with assertiveness and a structured, careful working style
• Communicative team player who keeps a cool head even in hectic situations
• You are a friendly, reliable personality with a strong sense of service and customer care towards our clients
• Fluent German and confident English skills are essential, French skills are desirable
