- Professional expertise in individual life insurance, targeted empowerment of pension advisors, and quality assurance within the general agency.
- Passionate commitment to customers and AXA
- Needs-oriented and demand-driven advice as a specialist in the individual life insurance sector (Pension & Wealth: planning 50+ including retirement planning)
- Continuous maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
- Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of your external network
- Brokerage of additional AXA products (non-life) or services in the area of pension mandates and succession arrangements to external AXA partners
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Completed vocational training as well as professional experience in the pension and financial sector with active registration in the industry register (mandatory)
- Further training as a financial advisor successfully completed; financial planner is an advantage
- High affinity for financial and pension products
- Strong methodological and didactic skills (e.g., for coaching and empowering employees at the general agency, structuring consultations, and conveying complex content)
- Local anchoring in the region desired
- Convincing appearance and good articulation skills
- Winning and resilient personality combined with high customer and service orientation
- High independence and flexibility
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
- Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
